Prentiss Patrick-Carter

Prentiss works as a paralegal at Klaris Law. Recently, Prentiss graduated cum laude from Yale University, with a double major in Black Studies and Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies.

Prentiss’s work has spanned the administrative and creative ends of entertainment. At Yale, Prentiss developed an accessibility coordinator role at Yale Repertory Theatre, while working as a writing tutor and student counselor. He also produced, directed, tour managed, and wrote for Yale’s student-run theater and comedy scene. Off campus, Prentiss has acted professionally and worked for professional comedians. These experiences shaped his strong passion for supporting artists and protecting their rights.

Prentiss is excited to learn from the lawyers at Klaris and support our evolving entertainment industry. Outside of work, Prentiss enjoys seeing new movies, trying new foods, and exploring the NYC comedy scene.
